Who we are

What we collect and why

If you write to us through the contact form, we process the details you provide (your email address and your message) to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (art. 6(1)(f)).

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Your theme and language preferences are stored only in your own browser (localStorage) and are never sent to us.

Who receives the data

Form submissions are received by our own server in Portugal and delivered to our team mailbox by email through Twilio SendGrid (Twilio Inc., USA) and Google Workspace, under data processing agreements with the EU standard contractual clauses. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless a contract or a legal obligation requires a longer period.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to its processing, and request portability. Use the contact form on this site. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese supervisory authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD).
